The Blue Taco Bar is honored to have Chef Extraordinaire, Linda Angelino Reyes. Originally from Veracruz, Mexico she immigrated to the US at the age of 19. Her fathered nurtured her passion for Mexican food, which increased as she pursued her interests in different restaurants. She spent a few years in Grand Rapids, MI perfecting her skill before coming to join The Blue Taco Bar. Happily married to her husband Marco and mother to Kim, Linda has their full support in her gastronomic cuisine dreams. The Blue Taco Bar is lucky Linda chose to be a part of the team. Tommy & Carmen Lawler are the proud owners of the Blue Taco Bar. For many years, they ventured into different industries working hard to build a life together along with their daughter, Breanna. On May 11th, 2018 an opportunity to purchase a small restaurant in Round Lake arises. Owning a restaurant where she could share her culture with other has been Carmen's dream. The Lawler's jumpes at the opportunity and immediately started working on making The Blue Taco Bar into one of the top restaurants in Round Lake.
